WHAT DOES BORPHOSIS INTERIOR OFFER?

Borphosis Interior offers a thoughtfully curated collection of distinctive decorative pieces. Every item is personally hand-selected by the owner, ensuring originality and character. Our collection features a diverse range of options, including handmade contemporary pieces, vintage artful objects, nature-inspired pieces, and even original artworks created by the owner. 

HOW THE SHOP WORKS?

Our stock is intentionally limited. Announcements for upcoming collections will be shared via social media and email. On the announced release date, the new inventory will be available for purchase on our website.

On the website, you have the ability to choose the item that you like based on size, weight, color and style. 

Please read the descriptions carefully, as some items are non-returnable. We want to ensure that you make an informed decision before making a purchase.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? 

I have a 7-day return policy for return. But unfortunately, all VINTAGE items, ARTWORK, CUSTOM ORDERS and some DECOR cannot be returned or refunded. If you need more information, please read the Return Policy

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? No, we do not offer exchanges because our items are unique, and the stock is limited. 

 

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING? 

Yes, We offer shipping via UPS on all in-stock orders to any destination within the continental United States.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE ARRIVE? All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number, and you can always reach out to me with any questions.

 

MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO? Take a picture of your package and contact me right away at hello@borphosisinterior.com Subject: DAMAGED PACKAGE. Read Return Policy for more information about what to do. 

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE? No, we only have an Online Store. 

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS? No, we don't offer gift Cards, yet.
