Shipping policy
I offer shipping via UPS on all in-stock orders to any destination within the continental United States.
I do not ship internationally.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped via email, along with a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you are not already a subscriber with us.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes as needed for the safety of a particular item. I also try to incorporate recycled packing materials when available.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost will vary based on the weight and/or size of the shipment. Please note that I do not include shipping costs in our products, as I prefer to give you the best product pricing possible.
LOCAL DELIVERY (Florida only)
Delivery ONLY to SOUTH FLORIDA (East and West Coast) for Large Furniture Pieces, some Artwork and Custom Orders ONLY. $85 delivery cost will be added at checkout. Delivery includes Styling consultation.
How Delivery Works? I will contact you to the email address you provided at Checkout with the Schedule date to deliver your package.
We will do our best to deliver your piece the same week you ordered it.
We will cancel the delivery date and we will reschedule for weather reasons. We will contact you via email or phone.
The day of the delivery, we do not accept returns or order cancellation.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hello@borphosisinterior.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it.
