Refund policy

I hope you love your purchase but if for some reason your purchase does not work out, I have a 7-day return policy for refund. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Since my stock is limited, I do not accept exchanges. 

I apologize but all VINTAGE items, ARTWORK, CUSTOM ORDERS and some DECOR cannot be returned or refunded. 

All Artwork, Vintage pieces, Custom Orders and some Decor are FINAL SALE. I cannot accept returns on any artwork, Vintage pieces, Custom Orders and some Decor purchases.

All items from my store are carefully packaged and inspected prior shipping. If package is damage upon delivery, please Take 7 pictures of the package, both inside and outside, showing any visible damage. (Your package is insured, and UPS requires these 7 pictures to process a claim).

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your return is accepted, I ’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted and I will send it back to the costumer. 
  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping cost are responsibility of the Costumer. 
  • Returning an item is at your risk. You must ensure that the item is adequality packaged. You might consider purchasing insurance and keeping the tracking number as I cannot be responsible for lost or damage products. Items that are damaged when I receive them will not be eligible for refund. 
  • Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed, I will keep you updated by email.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, all Vintage items, Artwork, Custom Orders, Gift cards, some Decor and Sale Items cannot be returned.  Please, get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
