This Vintage Turkish wooden Pot was originally used as a "butter/dairy churn". Typically made from hardwoods like beech or oak, these pots were designed to hold milk or cream while they were churned into butter. Based on its cylindrical shape, narrow neck, wide base, and intricately carved details, it can be deduced that the wooden pot in question dates back to the mid-20th century.
